From researching the topic of Interracial Relationships and Society I have found that our nation has indeed become more accepting of them. It is definitely a personal preference to many and there will always be people in all aspects of life that don't like something. Through looking at the movies Guess Who, Something New, and Save The Last Dance it is obvious that Hollywood sees the times have changed and made these movies for those in interracial relationships to relate to them. Also through reading many journal articles online it is obvious that interracial relationships are mostly common in the younger generations then those of older generations. Love is something that you cannot control and even if you come from different races nobody can stop you from loving someone.
